Firefox: The page isn't redirecting properly . Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
    Chrome: This webpage has a redirect loop
 

• Installation: software.
• Installation step: INSTALL ( after a note to create Cron job)
• Caused by: varies. Requires further troubleshooting.
• Common behavior:
  • URL contains variables. Ex: sitename.com/install/installation/{$site_url}{$site_url}/install
  • ow_includes/config.php contains variables instead of actual values for OW_URL_HOME, OW_DB_USER/NAME/PASSWORD/HOST
  • database remains empty.

• enable DEBUG mode
• refresh installation screen

In case of any error messages check Errors Directory for more information on particular errors and applicable solutions. Common errors:

• Failed to write session data
• session_start(): open failed: Permission denied

If installation screen remains as is, without any visible errors, try one of the solutions from bellow.

• Solution:
  • open ow_includes folder via FTP or File Manager on your server.
  • set 777 permissions for config.php file
  • try installing software again
  • in case of successful installation go back to ow_includes folder and set 644 permissions for config.php file.
