Warning: require_once(/ow_utilities/debug.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /ow_includes/init.php on line 26

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/ow_utilities/debug.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /ow_includes/init.php on line 26 

• Common cause: debug.php file is not present in ow_utilities directory OR ow_utilities directory doesn't exist at all.
• Known to happen during: software migration to another server, software cloning into subfolder, software restore from back up.
• Solution:
  • log in to your server via cPanel or FTP
  • make sure that ow_utilities folder exists.
  • make sure that debug.php file exists and has 644 permissions within ow_utilities
