In most cases this problem is caused by custom third-party java-script codes that conflict with the software java-script code. I suggest that you use FireBug to find out if there is a java-script error. You can find the information on how to use FireBug - the add-on for Firefox - here.

From now on we have added the possibility to turn off Java-Script on the Index page. This allows you to remove inappropriate code.

How to use it:

• Since the Customize this page button is non-clickable, you should type the following URL in your browser address bar:

http://[your_site_URL]/index/customize

• There you will see the Disable JavaScript button. By clicking this button you make all java-script codes on your page stop working. That will give you a possibility to find the inappropriate code and remove it from the page.

• Once the changes are made, you should enable JavaScript by clicking the Enable JavaScript button, otherwise all your custom codes and standard software java-script code won't work.
