User Carousel is a fade-user-list displayed on index page of Mosaic template.

 Issue: User Carousel is not visible on index page 

• Possible cause: SkaDate Premium Templates plugin is not active
• Solution: Go to Admin panel » Plugins » Installed plugins » make sure that “SkaDate Premium Templates” plugin is located under Active Plugins section.

• Possible cause: You do not have enough users on the site for the User Carousel.
• Solution: Make sure that at least 3 users are active ( registered/approved/verified) on the site.

• If above solutions did not resolve your issue, please contact SkaDate support with following details:
  • site URL
  • admin panel username/password
  • FTP host/username/password.
