Can I allow my users to change their usernames?
If you want your users to be able to change their usernames - you should make the Username field editable for users.
1. Go to Admin Area > Users > Profile Questions
2. Find the Username field.
3. Move the mouse cursor over this field and click the Edit button.
4. Check the On Profile Edit field and click the Edit button.
After that you will see the Username field on the Edit Profile page. Now your users can change usernames.
| Note: Keep in mind that usernames will not change in the Latest Activity component, because the content of this component is static. |
