Definition: temporary website URLs are used when your domain was just registered, and is not fully activated. Temporary URL format varies from host to host. In this document following format will be used as an example: http://server_IP/~cPanelusername

 The requested URL /{$path_here} was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. 

• Cause: primary .htaccess file blocks temporary URL.
• Known to happen after: software installation.
• Solution: add new RewriteBase into primary .htaccess. Please refer to Adding new rewrite base section of .htaccess reference guide for more information.
