Avatars folder is missing or not writable.

Solution: making sure that /avatars/ folder exists and is writable.

Make sure /avatars/ folder exists

/avatars/ folder in SkaDate software must be present within:

ow_userfiles/plugins/base/
ow_userfiles/plugins/skadate/

Log in to your server via FTP client or File Manager to make sure /avatars/ folder is present within both locations. Create folders if they are missing.

Make sure /avatars/ folder is writable

/avatars/ folder must have 777 permissions.

Log in to your server via FTP client or File Manager to make sure that /ow_userfiles/ folder and all it's subfolders have 777 permissions. Specifically:

/ow_userfiles/ (777) » /plugins/ (777) » /base/ (777) » /avatars/ (777).
